Advertising and Promotion

We utilize many different avenues to market property.  

Our listed properties are advertised through www.TheMorperGroup.com web site, which we personally created and maintain; plus several Multiple Listing Services which we belong to (CIE, Exchangers, Haves & Wants, Listing section of our web site, etc.), flyers, brochures, brochure boxes, and real estate guides. Rack cards are distrubuted to several Chamber of Commerce's for their mail outs and to have at their offices.  We also expose properties in several meetings which involves Real Estate Brokers from many different communities and states around the country. When we agree to list your property, we initially invest thousands of dollars and many hours on your behalf.  The combination of our specialized marketing plan promotes your property locally, statewide, throughout the United States and around the world!

And then, of course, the sign...

Even with the many advertising avenues, a " For Sale" sign on the property is still remarkably effective. The signage promotes our Web sites on the sign (a proposed buyer can get more information and a for the buyers ease of access, a toll free number to contact us directly).  You never know how far reaching the benefits of word-of-mouth advertising by friends, relatives and neighbors can be.

Our custom signs are designed to be attractive, bold, and unique.  They have the UV protection to keep the color and details sharp.  They are larger than standard signs with custom posts.  Placement on the property is important.  Not just stuck wherever it is convenient, but strategically placed to show off the property and make the best presentation for the type of client you are trying to attract.
